Privacy policy

This policy explains what data G.M. Alpha Elite Ltd collects when you use gregmittelette.com, why, for how long, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form

Data: name, email address, phone number if given, subject and message. Purpose: replying to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: 24 months after the last exchange if no lessons follow; otherwise the duration of the lessons plus 3 years, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Browsing

No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising. Our host keeps technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security, for a limited time. Testimonial videos load from Vimeo only if you press play.

Audience measurement

To understand how the site is read, we measure browsing ourselves, without cookies or third-party tools: pages viewed, referring site or search engine, time spent, how much of the page was read, clicks on action buttons and form submission, with language, time zone and device type. This is linked to two random identifiers stored in your browser: one for the current visit (deleted when the tab closes), one to recognise a later visit from the same browser. They contain neither your name nor your address and are never used for advertising. If you write to us through the contact form, your message carries the browser identifier, so we can see the pages viewed before your request. The data is hosted by Supabase in the European Union and kept for at most 25 months. You can delete these identifiers at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser, or ask us to delete your browsing history at the address above.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. Processors acting on our instructions: Netlify (United States), hosting and form handling; Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris), email delivery; Supabase (Singapore; data hosted in the EU), audience measurement; Vimeo (United States), video playback on request; the video-call tool agreed for lessons. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; for a minor, these rights are exercised by those with parental authority. Write to contact@carmine-admission.com; we reply within one month. You may also contact your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL) or the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
